We are seeking a talented Equipment Engineer of mid to senior experience levels to strengthen our Cleanroom team. In this role, you will be optimizing tool reliability and performance to ensure technology and production deliveries.

What will I be doing?

• Take ownership of the uptime and performance of assigned tools in our cleanroom.
• Apply technical expertise to maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, and improve semiconductor equipment.
• Prevent unexpected breakdowns through rigorous execution of preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure tools operate safely and reliably by maintaining high operational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support change control procedures and monitor deviations to maintain process integrity.
• Assist the team lead in shaping strategies for the smooth and efficient operation of cleanroom equipment.

What skills do I need?

• Proven expertise as an equipment engineer, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance.
• Prior experience working in a cleanroom environment.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for learning, problem-solving, and innovation.
• Strong attention to detail, precision in execution, and excellent documentation practices.
• Effective team player with solid technical communication skills in English.
