Are you ready to be part of something groundbreaking? At IQM, we're on the cutting edge of the next technological frontier, and we're looking for a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer.

To be able to use a quantum computer hardware, we need to have a server which is taking care of the communications between the user and quantum computer. IQM has state-of-the-art QPU (quantum processing unit) and we need DevOps engineers to ensure that also our software meets the requirements of our customers. In DevOps role, you will plan and solve tasks in building, improving and monitoring our CI/CD tools as valued member of DevOps team. You will succeed in this role if you already have good experience with modern CI/CD tools and practices and willingness to share and learn.

We are looking for a person who would match most of the following skills:

• Solid Experience  in building and mantaining CI/CD pipelines, we use Gitlab CI.

• Good understanding of Linux operating systems

• Experience in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash

• Infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Terraform or Ansible, is a plus.

• Proficient knowledge in container building and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with monitoring tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana

• Knowledge and interest in software security and controls.

Note: we don't expect experience in the field or familiarity with the quantum computer infrastructure.

We expect minimum 5 years working as DevOps Engineer or similar role.

• Solve obstacles and help other Software Developers on a daily basis.

• Have fluent English skills (Our company language)
